BotB: Corrected rule for forbidden external buffs

In the last weeks we applied a blacklist for buffs you are not allowed to use in our Plantronics Battle of the Best challenges.
We need to tell you that there was a little misstake with the rule for these buffs.

Not only buffs spell-stealed from NPCs are forbidden, also buffs like the ones from Sayge at the Darkmoon Faire are forbidden.

All external buffs spell-stealed from NPCs or enemy players are not allowed to be used anymore. These are of course all spells on our spell-blacklist and all other similar spells, obtained by spell-stealing.
